The
Small Business Reform Group (SBRG) is
a not for profit organisation established fundamentally
as a lobby group in January 2005.
We
provide an information, support and consultancy
service in relation to WorkCover issues which
effect small business and contractors in NSW.
Should you need further information or a confidential
consultation on your specific WorkCover issues
please check out www.ContractorClarity.com.au
for:
-
Support
- Information
- Mediation
The
SBRG has no political persuasions or affiliations,
nor are we allied with the WorkCover Authority.
We
stress that we ARE NOT a legal entity but we offer
guidance based on experience. We have achieved
positive results from every issue we have dealt
with so far, achieving wins of hundreds of thousands
of dollars for our members.
We
are solely a lobby group that is funded through
memberships, donations and fees for services that
our group provides its members.
We encourage small business to join the SBRG to
keep one step ahead with information regarding
WorkCover issues, especially Workers Compensation
wage audits and deeming provisions.
We
are a soundboard for your workers compensation
issues.
Our
service has been created by small business operators
for small business. We were led to investigate
the WorkCover process after receiving WorkCover
wage audits and being fined for matters we knew
nothing about.
We
have since been exhaustively lobbying the WorkCover
Authority in regard to Workers Compensation audits
and deeming provisions for almost two years. Based
on our experiences alone we are able to provide
a successful support, advice and information service
for other small business operators in the same
situation.
The
Small Business Reform Group exists exclusively
to inform, assist and support employers encountering
problems that are WorkCover related. We have noted
that claims appear to be lightly weighted for
employers and heavily weighted for employees,
often resulting in the sort of claims that can
possibly destroy a small business through no fault
of their own.
We
let people know they can question and fight back
should their results be detrimental to their business.
Our
aim is to reform the current laws and legislations
to make it fair and indeed possible to be a small
business operator in NSW. |
